Best Skyblock Server

Skyblock drops you on a tiny island floating in the sky, and everything you build grows from that one patch of dirt. We'll help you pick a friendly server, copy the right IP and start your first island on Java or Bedrock.

The best Skyblock server in 2026 is SunRealms (IP web.sunrealms.net, Bedrock port 19132). It runs skills-based Skyblock with bosses, farming, foraging and island building, lets Java 1.8 to 26.3 and Bedrock players play together through crossplay, has servers in North America and Europe and usually has 500–1,000 players online. AkumaMC (web.akumamc.net, Bedrock port 19132) comes second: a seven-gamemode network running since 2019 that started with OP Prison, with skills-based Skyblock and RNG. PikaNetwork's OP SkyBlock is third and ManaCube's Skyblock fourth.

Four Skyblock servers, ranked

We keep the list short and stick to what each server publishes about itself. Editions and addresses differ between them, so check an entry before you send the address to a friend on another device.

What to look for in a Skyblock server

Whether you go with our list or keep exploring, these are the things worth checking, most important first, with how the servers above answer them.

  1. Custom content

A plain island is a fun start, but custom features keep it fresh. SunRealms adds a skills-based layer with bosses, farming, foraging and island building, while PikaNetwork's OP SkyBlock leans on custom enchants, spawners and pets.

  2. Progression depth

You want goals for next week, not just tonight. In skills-based Skyblock, everyday jobs like farming and chopping trees feed into long-term progress; ManaCube does this with mcMMO.

  3. Active players

Other islanders mean trading, chatter and someone to ask for help. SunRealms usually has 500–1,000 players online across its network, and AkumaMC usually has 1,000+.

  4. Java + Bedrock crossplay

Your friends shouldn't need the same device as you. SunRealms and AkumaMC take Java 1.8 to 26.3 and Bedrock on one address, with port 19132 for Bedrock. ManaCube uses separate Java and Bedrock addresses.

  5. Gamemode variety

Breaks from your island are healthy. SunRealms also runs Gens, Prison, Dungeons, Survival and Cobblemon. AkumaMC runs seven gamemodes, RNG among them.

  6. PvP when you want it

Skyblock is mostly calm building. SunRealms and AkumaMC each have a PvP arena with kits and lifesteal, and PikaNetwork runs OP Lifesteal as a separate mode.

  7. A fair economy

Economies feel better when nobody has a years-long head start. Each SunRealms realm runs in seasons with its own map and economy, and a new one opens every six weeks. ManaCube resets its realms every one to two years instead.

  8. Community and staff

Help should be easy to find. SunRealms has an 18,000+ member Discord, handles support through tickets and runs strict anti-cheat on every realm. AkumaMC's Discord has more than 55,000 members.

  9. Longevity

It's nice to know a server will still be around next season. SunRealms has been running for years and AkumaMC since 2019. ManaCube dates back to 2013 and PikaNetwork to 2014.

  10. Beginner-friendly

Starting out is easier when everyone else is starting too. A new SunRealms season begins every six weeks, with store ranks and Sunbits carrying over, and you can join for free from a PC, phone, tablet or console.

  11. Not pay-to-win

Check what the store sells and whether you can earn it by playing. On SunRealms and AkumaMC, everything in the store can also be earned in game.

  12. Events

On a seasonal server, a new season's launch is the big shared moment, and SunRealms and AkumaMC each start one every six weeks.

How to join a Skyblock server

It only takes a few steps. These use SunRealms; for another server, swap in the address from its entry above. AkumaMC also uses port 19132 on Bedrock.
